PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser sensor control device having no risk that a laser beam of a laser sensor directly enters the eyes of a person and continuing measurement even when reflection of the laser beam cannot be detected. SOLUTION: The laser sensor control device includes a robot 10, the laser sensor 20 arranged in an arm end part of the robot 10 and acquiring information on a working object of the robot 10 by irradiating the laser beam, a robot control device 30 controlling the action of the robot 10 and determining whether the laser beam is irradiated to a predetermined set area accompanying the action of the robot 10, and a laser sensor controller 40 permitting irradiation of the laser beam when the laser beam is determined to be irradiated to the set area based on the result determined by the robot control device 30 and not permitting irradiation of the laser beam when the laser beam is determined not to be irradiated to the set area.
