PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocculant for service water which is invented after studying whether an organic polymer flocculant is applied to flocculation treatment of raw water for service water, which has not the same risk of inducing Alzheimer's disease as PAC (poly aluminum chloride) and which has the flocculation power more excellent than that of a starch-based or cellulose-based flocculant. SOLUTION: The flocculant for service water includes a water-soluble polymer having 35-90% charge inclusion rate to be represented by a definition.
