PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational speed arithmetic device which determines whether calculated stable rotating speed is displaced and does not inform a worker of the stable rotating speed that does not suppress wobbling vibration. SOLUTION: It is determined whether the stable rotating speed is displayed on a display means based on comparison of difference between a k value used for calculating the stable rotating speed or the stable rotating speed calculated this time and the stable rotating speed calculated using a directly previous k value and a predetermined set value. Accordingly, the stable rotating speed, for example, having a k value larger than a predetermined set value and being unable to efficiently suppress the wobbling vibration, is not displayed.
