<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely eliminate noise, without being affected by the working environment situation. <P>SOLUTION: A digital filter 20 for which n pieces of D-type flip-flops are connected in series and the logical product of signals outputted by the respective D-type flip-flops is output, and a delay filter 30 for which m×2 pieces of inverters having primitive elements are connected in series are connected in parallel. Input signals INPUT are input to both filters, and an AND circuit 40 outputs signals FILT which are the logical product of signals DELAY and signals AND, outputted by the respective filters. The digital filter 20 eliminates the noise whose generation period is shorter than the period corresponding to the cycle of clock signals and the step number of a DFF circuit, and the delay filter 30 eliminates the noise of a cycle shorter than the delay time of an inverter circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
