<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong diagnostic mechanism, and to newly add a diagnostic item, and to readily add a diagnostic program for detecting a problem, even when an unexpected problem occurs, and to improve the quality of diagnosis. <P>SOLUTION: When it is detected that a USB memory is mounted on a USB interface 21, diagnosis is started via a first USB bus 28-1; when interface diagnosis normally ends, a first USB bus 28 is switched to a second USB bus 28-2 by a bus-switching port 22; and communication with a USB port 31 at its body-side board 30 is performed.
