<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel star-shaped polymer having a stimulus sensitivity and an ability of prevention of soiling. <P>SOLUTION: The star polymer, which has a main portion and three or more branched portions linked to the main portion, is characterized in that the main portion is composed of a crosslinked polymer of a dialkenyl compound and the branched portion is represented by formula (I<SB>f</SB>): -(CH(-X-R<SP>1f</SP>)-CH(-R<SP>2</SP>))<SB>p</SB>-R [wherein, R<SP>1f</SP>has a fluorinated monovalent organic group; R<SP>2</SP>represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; R represents a monovalent organic group; X represents a single bond, -O-, -S-, -NH-, or -N(-CH<SB>3</SB>)-; and p represents an integer of 1 or more], and by a monovalent organic group having a number-average molecular weight of 1,000 to 1,000,000. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
