<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Kurumafu (wheel-shaped wheat gluten bread) producing machine, capable of automatically winding raw material dough containing the gluten and having a high viscosity, highly attachable property, poor shape-holding property, and easily shape-collapsing property, on a spit quickly and surely, having a high production efficiency, stabilizing the dimension and shape of finished products and capable of assuring the reliability of the products. <P>SOLUTION: This Kurumafu-producing machine winding the raw material dough G on the spit 1 and broiling it is provided by constituting a winding means 10 with a rotary drum 7 having a shape-holding grooves 8, 8 on an outer circumferential surface between the spit laid on the outer circumference, a pair of endless chain mechanism parts 4 having spit-holding members 3 installed consecutively around the rotary drum as capable of revolving and having holding recessed parts 2 for holding the both ends of the spit, and a belt-rotating mechanism part 6 installed as pressed against the both ends of the spit, and facing the part of the endless chain mechanism, and having a belt 5 for revolving the spit; installing a supplying means S of the raw material dough at the upstream side of the rotary drum; and installing an empty spit-supplying means 11 at the upstream side of the supplying means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
