摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of a substance to be detected in a sample, having far superior sensitivity than ever before. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for detecting a substance to be detected in a sample by a sensor including a substrate 1, and a channel having a source electrode 3 and a drain electrode 4 provided oppositely at a prescribed interval on a first insulating thin film 2 formed on the upper surface of the substrate 1: the channel is constituted of ultrafine fibers; a second insulating thin film is formed on a surface on the opposite side to the channel on the substrate 1; a back gate electrode 8 is provided on the outside of the second insulating thin film; the second insulating thin film is modified with hemagglutinin; a gate voltage is applied to the back gate electrode 8 by interposing sample solution between the modified spot and the back gate electrode 8; and a substance interacting with hemagglutinin in the sample is detected by a change of the value of a current flowing between the source electrode 3 and the drain electrode 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
