ENVIRONMENT MEASURING DEVICE, EQUIPMENT CONTROL SYSTEM, ENVIRONMENT MEASURING METHOD AND ENVIRONMENT MEASURING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment measuring device, an environment measuring method and an environment measuring program capable of accurately calculating environment information showing the indoor illuminance and the indoor temperature, and an equipment control system capable of controlling facility equipment based on the environment information.

SOLUTION: An image taking part 100 disposed on a ceiling surface or a wall surface in an inside of a room acquires a plurality of taken images having an indoor parallax. A control part 360 of an equipment control device 300 generates distance information showing a distance between a structure arranged in the inside of the room and the surface on which the image taking part 100 is disposed from the taken images acquired. Structure information DB320 stores the distance information of the structure, and a coefficient showing surface characteristics such as a reflectance of the structure or an IR-radiation coefficient. The control part 360 specifies the structure arranged in the inside of the room from the structure information DB320 based on the generated distance information, and calculates the indoor illuminance and the indoor temperature based on the coefficient of the specified structure and the luminance of the taken image.
