PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil-improving tool which is suitably used for keeping trees such as garden trees, street trees, and the like, and can improve the ventilating property and water-passing property of soil. SOLUTION: The soil-improving tool which has a nozzle having a compressed air-blowing hole at the tip of a pipe connected to a compressed air-supplying device and jets compressed air from the blow hole to dig the soil in a hole-like shape is characterized by using a nozzle wherein the maximum outer diameter of the approximately straight nozzle outer peripheral portion is more expanded than the outer diameter of the pipe so that (an area calculated using the maximum outer diameter of the nozzle as a diameter-an area calculated using the outer diameter of the pipe as a diameter)/the area of the nozzle blowing hole is≥5. The nozzle is preferably placed on an approximately identical line to the pipe on a straight line directed to a digging direction, and is used in a detachable state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
