PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for parallel-feeding of samples for smoothly advancing work to attach a sample holder and the surface of a sample in parallel to each other when a sample stand is attached to the sample holder and concretely preventing the damage of the parallelism of the sample holder and the surface of the sample when the sample stand is fixed by a screw. SOLUTION: The jig for parallel-feeding of samples is composed of the sample stand on which a sample to be measured is placed, the sample holder for holding the sample stand and a sample holder holding tool for holding the sample holder. The sample stand is pushed up by rotating the screw (screw fitted in a screw hole) for regulating and holding the height of the sample holder provided to the lower part of the sample holder holding tool of the sample holder and the pushing-up of the sample stand by the screw is stopped at a position where the surface of the sample fixed to the sample stand comes into contact with the upper part of the sample holder holding tool to perform the parallel feed of the surface of the sample and the sample holder holding tool.
