PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of rotary shafts, capable of preventing, even when a bending stress is placed on one rotary shaft, the stress from being transmitted to the other rotary shaft, and a joint member. SOLUTION: In the connecting structure of rotary shafts, a D-shaped hole part 22 is provided in a main driving-side rotary shaft 21, a D cut part 32 is provided in a driven-side rotary shaft 31, and the D-shaped hole part 22 and the D-cut part 32 are connected to each other by a joint member 4 having a D-shaped cylindrical part 46. An outer curved surface 42 of the joint member 4 includes a mountain-like bump 51 protruded so as to extend in a circumferential direction of the curved surface 42, an outer flat surface 41 of the joint member 4 includes a mountain-like bump 52 protruded at a position continued to the mountain-like bump 51 so as to cross the flat surface 41, and the main driving-side rotary shaft 21 is linearly contacted with and connected to the joint member 4.
