<p>Provided is a high-quality house foundation structure that can be put together in a short amount of time, regardless of weather or temperature, by a very limited number of workers, even if the workers are not highly skilled. Furthermore, the provided structure is highly earthquake-resistant and durable and makes it possible to reduce construction costs, including hauling costs. The provided house foundation panel unit (1) is transportable and comprises: a main horizontal rebar (7) disposed between first and second wall panels (2, 3), which are arranged parallel to each other with a prescribed separation, said main horizontal rebar being parallel to the long direction of the wall panels; and a plurality of main vertical rebars (8) that are arranged parallel to the direction (S) perpendicular to the wall panels and are affixed to the main horizontal rebar (7).
