The device has two measuring converters (26, 27) converting oscillations or imbalance forces into electrical signals. A base plate (2) with rods (4-7) and a coupling plate (3) form two pairs of coupling gears that are connected together and orthogonally stay together. Quasi position fixed pivoting axes (24, 25) of the gears are projected in measuring planes (33, 34). A rotation support (23) controls rotation of the coupling plate towards the base plate. The converters are supported close to the coupling plate by rigid measuring converter supports (30, 31).
