Disclosed is the compound N-[4-chloro-2-hydroxy-3-(piperazine-1-sulfonyl)phenyl]-N'-(2- chloro-3-fluorophenyl)urea, p-toluenesulfonic acid salt, a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound and its use for treating chemokine mediated disease, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or adult respiratory distress syndrome. Also disclosed is a method of preparing said compound.
