<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road sign body manufacturable by simple steps and having high visibility. <P>SOLUTION: In this road sign body having a columnar pole 1, a reflective sheet 11 having retroreflectability of light is stuck on the outer peripheral side surface of the pole 1, and colored and transparent colored layers 12 are provided to a part of the surface of the reflective sheet 11. Since the light passing through the colored layers 12 and reflected and the light reflected in the areas where the colored layers 12 are not provided are visually confirmed with different hues of colors and intensities of light when the light irradiated to the reflective sheet 11 is retroreflected by the provision of the colored and transparent layers 12 to a part of the surface of the reflective sheet 11, the reflected lights are more complicated and increased in attractivity, and the visibility of the road sign body is increased. Also, since the attractivity is increased by providing the colored and transparent colored layers 12 on the reflective sheet 11, a special maintenance does not need to be used to form the colored layers, and the road sign body can be manufactured by simple steps. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
