<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device increased in optical efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes a substrate 10 including a plurality of pixels, a plurality of first electrodes 21, 22, 23 disposed on the plurality of pixels, a second electrode 60 formed on the plurality of pixels as a common layer, a white light emitting layer 40 formed by sequentially laminating light-emitting layers for emitting lights of first different colors on the plurality of pixels between the first electrode and the second electrode as common layers and mixing the plurality of first different colors with one another to emit a white light, and first thin film layers 31, 32 disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and formed to have different thicknesses for each plurality of pixels. In each of the plurality of pixels, the white lights emitted from the white light-emitting layer resonate between the first electrode and the second electrode and then are mixed with one another to emit lights of a plurality of second different colors with which a white light is emitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
