PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a sealed package capable of further improving the inspection accuracy. SOLUTION: The inspection device 1 includes a conveyance means 5 for conveying a sealed package 50 in a conveyance direction A; a first electrode 10, having an electrode brush 11 provided with a contact element, provided so as to be contactable with an inspection portion 65 of the sealed package 50, and is connected to the earth potential; a moving means 25 capable of moving the first electrode 10 approximately along the conveyance direction A; a second electrode 30, provided so as to be able to be contacted with or to be close to one surface of the sealed package 50, while the first electrode 10 is in contact with the inspection portion 65, and is connected to a high-voltage power supply 45; and a current detection section 40 for detecting discharge current from the inspection portion 65. The device is constituted so that the first electrode 10 has, as a trigger, passing through of the sealed package 50 and moving via a moving means 25, by using passing the first electrode 10 by the sealed package 50.
