PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce mold releasing resistance without having influence on the dimensional accuracy of fine moldings. SOLUTION: In the mold, an arithmetical mean roughness Ra measured in a measuring region of 10μm square or less of the mold surface in contact with a molding material is set to 5 nm or less, and fine protrusion structures with diameters of 10-80 nm and heights of 10-40 nm are formed on the mold surface with a density of 400 pieces/μm<SP>2</SP>or more.
