PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al alloy clad material having extremely excellent pitting corrosion resistance in an acidic corrosive environment. SOLUTION: The Al alloy clad material is composed of a core material substantially comprising, by mass, 0.50 to 1.00% Cu, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and a sacrificial corrosion prevention material composed of Al with a purity of≥99.00%, clad on either side of the core material, and having a thickness of 20 to 80μm, and the sacrificial corrosion prevention material is exposed to an environment with the pH of <2.8.
