PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer for manufacturing an organic EL panel, capable of inexpensively producing a high quality polymer organic EL element having a small number of printed foreign matters. SOLUTION: The printer for manufacturing the organic EL panel includes a rotary plate cylinder 11, a letterpress 12, a surface plate 13, an ink supply means 15, and a cleaning means 16. The ink supply means 15 to supply ink for a luminescent layer to the surface of the letterpress 12 has an anilox roller 151, an ink reservoir 152 for containing collected ink, and a metal plate 153 for uniformly scraping ink. The cleaning means 16 includes a brush roller 161 to remove metal powder in the ink, and a flicker bar 162 disposed along the longitudinal direction of the brush roller 161.
