The present invention relates to a novel phenylene-based compound, and to an organic light-emitting device comprising same. More particularly, the compound according to the present invention has superior blue light emission properties, hole-transporting properties and electron-transporting properties, and therefore can be used as a light-emitting material for an organic light-emitting device to provide the organic light-emitting device with a low operating voltage, high luminescence, and a long lifespan.
