The lamella (11) has two shell elements (12, 13) lying close to each other and made of sheet metal. The shell elements are shaped such that two channels (14a, 14b) are produced, where liquid i.e. water, flows through the lamella by the channels. A sealing (18) of the two shell elements is produced along lamella edges (15, 17) at a longitudinal side of the lamella via welding or soldering or sticking process. The two channels are separated from each other, where the sheet metal is steel or stainless steel. An independent claim is also included for a heat storage comprising a heat exchanger and guide rails.
