<p>The partially light permeable stone plate (A) comprises light permeable, massive glass bodies (B), which are arranged from plate front-side to plate back-side, where the interfaces of the glass body are provided with a light-reflective coating at stone-side and the external surface of the glass body is formed in plane or smooth or refractive manner. The surface portion of the glass body is 5-50% of the total surface of the plate on both sides of the plate, and the plate surface on front- and back side of each individual light-permeable glass body on both sides is 50-10000 mm 2>. The partially light permeable stone plate (A) comprises light permeable, massive glass bodies (B), which are arranged from plate front-side to plate back-side, where the interfaces of the glass body are provided with a light-reflective coating at stone-side and the external surface of the glass body is formed in plane or smooth or refractive manner. The light-permeable glass bodies are formed in its stone-side limitation of round, elliptical or polygonal or arrows, letter or pictographic symbols. The glass body has uniform or different form and size, are arranged in the plate in the form of pattern and consist of color-less transparent or colored, toned, translucent massive glass. The glass bodies are coated on its interference with a light-stable artificial resin, which is filled with titanium dioxide-coated and/or uncoated mica flakes and/or rubber-based effect pigment and has light reflection properties. The front- and back side of the plate are plane and are polished or shaped through shot peening, and are coated with color-less transparent and/or colored, toned or transparent color-coated glass particles, where the color-less or colored, toned, high transparent and light stable artificial resin system serves as coating matrix. The glass particle exists as glass granulates or as round or oval glass micro-spheres. The plate is a cementitious, concrete stone plate, which consists of natural stone-loadings (less than 2 mm) in fine aggregate fractions and natural stone-loadings (greater than 2 mm) in coarse aggregate fractions and/or loadings of coated glass granulate, coated mirror glass granulate or with glass granulate coated with effect pigment. The stone plate is polymerically bounded. The particle size of the glass particle is 1-8 mm or the thickness of the artificial resin coating matrix is 20-50% of the average grain size. A reaction-hardened, pigmented, epoxide resin system or a reaction hardened, crystal-clear or pigmented aliphatic polyurethane-resin system serves as binder.</p> |
