PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical vapor reheater applicable to a high temperature vapor process and saving energy. SOLUTION: The vapor reheater includes: a heat pump 9 having an evaporator 13 making a heating medium exchange heat with a high temperature heat source and evaporating the heating medium, a compressor 14 for compressing the evaporated heating medium, a condenser 15 making the compressed heating medium exchange heat with a low temperature heat source and condensing the heating medium and an expansion valve 17 for expanding the condensed heating medium and supplying the heating medium to the evaporator 13; a low temperature vapor introducing line 10 for supplying low temperature vapor to the evaporator 13 as a high temperature heat source; a pressurization line 11 for supplying hot water obtained by condensing the low temperature vapor by the evaporator 13 to the condenser 15 as a low temperature heat source; a pressurization pump 18 provided in the pressurization line 11 and pressurizing the hot water to supply it to the condenser 15; and a high temperature vapor supply line 12 for supplying the high temperature vapor obtained by evaporating the hot water by the condenser 15 to a vapor use process.
