<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation of a print job designated using a hot folder. <P>SOLUTION: When data to be printed is input to any one of hot folders 103a-103n, a ticket issuing module 104 issues a ticket for processing a print job based on the data. A status display conversion module 111 generates a status display file for displaying a processing condition of the print job corresponding to the ticket.
