PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat-soluble vitamin-containing composition that has improved absorbability of fat-soluble vitamins in organisms and is useful for foods and/or feeds and a method that improves absorbability of fat-soluble vitamins added to a composition for foods and/or feeds from digestive tracts of administration object organisms and is a practical and efficient method.

SOLUTION: The composition for foods and/or feeds comprises fat-soluble vitamins and a fatty acid and has a weight ratio of the fatty acid of ≥0.01 when the content of the fat-soluble vitamins is 1.
