PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator improving the strength and rigidity of a leg for a mounting portion.

SOLUTION: The stator 1 includes a stator core 2, including a plurality of teeth 4 on the outer periphery of an annular-shaped yoke 3 and a covering member 6 composed of a resin and mounted by molding so as to cover the external surface of the stator core 2, and the stator, further, includes a plurality of legs 13 for mounting integrally mounted, by molding to a part of portion which covers the inner peripheral surface of the yoke 3 in the covering member 6; and legs 13 for mounting are connected annularly along the peripheral direction of the stator core 2 by reinforcing rings 24.
