PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizing apparatus providing powders formed by surely pulverizing charged food material, having uniform particle size, with high quality not changed in properties by heat. SOLUTION: The pulverizing apparatus 1 contains a rotary body 5 in a casing 2 formed with an opening 20, and pulverizes a pulverizing object charged in the casing 2 from a pipe body 7 by the rotation of the rotary body 5, wherein a communication path is formed to a mounting member 51 and a support base member 52 of the rotary body 5 in the rotational axial direction. The pulverizing object fed from the pipe body 7 is passed through the formed communication path, and charged into a space opposite to the opening 20 formed to the casing 2 in relation to rotation blades 50.
