PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and lightweight valve opening/closing timing control device. SOLUTION: This valve opening/closing timing control apparatus 100 includes: a driving side rotational member 20 to which a driving force is transmitted from the crankshaft 1 of an internal combustion engine through a driving force transmission member 10; a driven side rotational member 30 coaxially provided to the driving side rotational member 20, and rotating relative to the driving side rotational member 20, thereby rotating a camshaft 2 for opening and closing a valve; and a hydraulic pressure chamber 40 formed by the driving side rotational member 20 and the driven side rotational member 30, and changing the relative rotational phase of the driven side rotational member 30 with respect to the driving side rotational member 10 in an advanced angle direction or in a retarded angle direction by being supplied with hydraulic fluid. The driving side rotational member 20 is composed of a cylindrical housing 21 having the other end opened and a bottom portion 21b formed at one end so as to close the one end, and a plate member 22 closing the opening portion 21d of the housing 21.
