PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous solid electrolyte battery which has a large electrode area by sufficiently securing insulation between positive and negative electrodes and has stable quality. SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous solid electrolyte battery constituted with a beltlike basic battery sheet wherein a plurality of basic batteries laminating a positive electrode active material layer, an intermediate layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode active material layer in sequence from a positive electrode collector side are arranged on both surfaces of beltlike positive electrode collectors at designated spacings, and a beltlike negative electrode collector wherein connection sections connected to the basic batteries and having the same number with the basic batteries are arranged on both surfaces at designated spacings, a folding line is arranged between the middle of two adjacent basic batteries on the basic battery sheet and the negative electrode collector, and the connection section is formed at a shape which rotates the basic battery at 90°. The basic battery sheet and the negative electrode collector are formed by alternately folding with respective folding lines so as to respectively overlap the basic battery and the connection section after overlapping the basic battery sheet and the negative electrode collector so as to make respective folding lines at 90°.
