PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mismatching of the control states of a game-control microcomputer and a put-out control microcomputer when performing initialization processing according to an operation of an operation means, and which enables development of random numbers of a high random property. SOLUTION: When power supply is started, following determination whether a clear signal is in an ON state, processing for controlling progress of a game is performed after waiting for a delay time to pass over. Moreover, when the power supply is started, after performing setting for developing the random numbers in a random number circuit, the game-control microcomputer is set in an interrupt-authorized state. In the setting of the random number circuit, a start value of a first round for generating the random numbers is set at a value based on a proper ID number given for each game-control microcomputer (a step S126).
