PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device achieving a reduction of operating force and improvement of durability. SOLUTION: A display driver 41 is attached to the lower surface of a lever cover 23. The display driver 41 is connected to a select ECU 13 through a wire harness 14 and is connected to display unit 30 and a back light 32 through an FPC 42. The wire harness 14 is formed by bundling eight electric wires and is fixed to the lower rear end of the lever cover 23 by a resilient clip 43. The FPC 42 has 19 wires (17 display unit 30 side wires and 2 back light 32 side wires), and is disposed in spaces formed in a knob base 24 and a spacer 28. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
