A nanometer hydroxyapatite/natural polymer composite material, preparation method and use thereof are disclosed. The preparation method comprises adding natural polymer material into a mixed solution of ethanol, water and carbamide, adding sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution and calcium chloride solution to the solution resulted, conducting sealed-reaction. Wherein, the volume ratio of ethanol and water in the mixed solution is 2-6:1 and the concentration of carbamide in the mixed solution is 1-3g/100ml. The composite material obtained has thick mineralized layer, and can be used in the field of tissue engineering material in which high mechanical strength is required, such as bone tissue engineering material. |
