SPARK PROTECTED CABLE

摘要

PURPOSE: A discharge-preventing cable arranged in the longitudinal direction is provided to prevent the damage of the power cable by using the arc discharge immune cable even if the arc discharge generates under the high frequency and the high voltage condition. CONSTITUTION: A discharge-preventing cable(22) comprises conductor, the first insulation layer, and the low-K dielectric insulating layer and the second insulation layer. The first insulation layer(19) protects conductor. The low-K dielectric insulating layer(20) protects the first insulation layer. The second insulation layer protects the low-K dielectric insulating layer.
