PURPOSE: A door device for drum type washing machine is provided to restrict a rotation of a door part by forming a protrusion at a hinge part which holds the door device. CONSTITUTION: A door apparatus for a drum type washing machine comprises a hinge part(110), a door part(120), an installation part(130), and a holding part(140). The hinge part is installed to a main body of the door apparatus. An insertion hole(121) is formed of the door apparatus in order to inset the hinge part. The door device is combined in the hinge section. The installation unit is formed in the door part. The holding part is installs to the installation unit. The holding part selectively holds the hinge part.
