PURPOSE: An automatic camera device with dual power supply is provided to protect a second control unit from an inrush current. CONSTITUTION: A first control unit(200) receives a lighting output time adjustment, and an external signal. A plurality of LED devices is integrated to an LED lighting unit. A second control unit(410) operates a camera, and recognizes the license plate. A power supply unit supplies power to the first and the second control units.
