PURPOSE: A device for automatically opening/closing the inlet of a receiving box for a gate is provided to enable an object to be put into more conveniently and safely and to effectively perform crime prevention. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically opening/closing the mouth of a receiving box for a gate comprises a receiving box(1), and an opening and closing unit(2). The receiving box comprises a receiving path(11), a transfer path(12), and a discharge path(13). The receiving path comprises an inlet(1'). The transfer path is connected to the receiving path and guides an object to the discharge path. The discharge path is connected to the transfer path and comprises a cover, which is bent to slope downwardly and is coupled by a magnet. The opening and closing unit comprises a DC motor(22), stop plates(23a,23b), and a control unit(24). The DC motor comprises an opening and closing plate(21). The stop plate comprises a movement sensor, which senses the movement of the opening and closing plate. The DC motor and the movement sensor are connected to the control unit. |
