PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for transferring information energy are provided to transfer information energy to an object. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for transferring information energy comprises: an energy rod(10) which is equipped with a space and is filled with special material; and a coil part(20) which is formed so that a wire applying power source can be reeled on the outside of the energy rod. The coil part is formed so that electricity can be applied to an object. The energy rod includes a case forming the body, a core unit, and energy balls filling the gap between the core unit and case.
