PURPOSE: A software download method is provided to rapidly distribute software to a plurality of broadcasting receivers. CONSTITUTION: A download of software is determined(S100). The software is downloaded from a server distributing the software(S300). Whether to redistribute downloaded software to a local network is determined. If the redistribution is determined, the downloaded software is stored. An IPTV broadcasting receiving broadcasts that redistribution of the software is available to the local network.
