<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing attachment which can mix a chemical agent with raw water while continuously slowly releasing the chemical agent with a desired concentration and suppressing the formation of residue of the agent within a desired time even if the chemical agent has a high viscosity. <P>SOLUTION: The mixing attachment 10 has an inner cylinder 16, an outer cylinder 17, a raw water main channel 15 in the inside of the inner cylinder 16, and a chemical agent storage chamber 15 formed between the inner cylinder 16 and the outer cylinder 17 and having a circular cross-section to lead raw water outside while mixing the chemical agent stored in the chemical agent storage chamber 15 with the raw water. The chemical agent storage chamber 15 houses a plurality of kinds of floating elements 50a, 50b, and 50c having different specific gravity and swinging in the inside and the floating elements 50a, 50b, and 50c have a low columnar shape and are symmetric on the gravity center and the length d in the diagonal direction between the circumferential rims of a pair of the end faces 55, 55 is made longer than the width c of the chemical agent storing chamber 15, so that the floating elements 50a, 50b, and 50c can swing without changing the contact faces in the inside of the chemical agent storage chamber 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
