The apparatus includes a display for display a menu screen; a user interface; an inertial sensor for instantaneously sensing a motion of the terminal; and a controller for displaying the menu screen on the display in response to a first input sensed by the user interface, and shifting a focus on the menu screen displayed on the display according to the motion of the terminal sensed by the inertial sensor.</p>
