PURPOSE: A food sterilization apparatus is provided to uniformly sterilize food inside a container by smoothly inflowing pressurized steam into the container. CONSTITUTION: A food sterilization apparatus(10) comprises the following: a container supporting unit(11) for supporting a container(1); an upper chamber(13) including a steam inlet; a lower chamber(14) facing the upper chamber; and a nozzle unit with a base(21) attached to the lower side(13a) of the upper chamber, a steam guide(23) forming a steam chamber(25), a closing block(24), and a steam nozzle(30) connecting the steam chamber to the container. |
