PURPOSE: A content delivery service method in a network and a cache management apparatus using the same are provided to reduce the stand-by time in content download by efficiently arranging frequently requested content from the CDN(Content Delivery Network). CONSTITUTION: A file partition former(120) divides a content into a plurality of sections, and stores to cache server(200). A first and a second sub files among sub files of the content which is stored to cache servers includes overlapped section. A content request processor(140) generates cache combination information corresponding to a content delivery request based on the file partition result, and transmits the information to the client terminal.
