PURPOSE: A method and a system for measuring the fixed quantity of a sample in a body are provided to improve measuring accuracy by sensing blood injection using a biosensor. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the fixed quantity of a sample in a body is as follows. A sample is injected into a biosensor. Electric currents are detected by applying voltage to a gap between electrodes that are contiguous to an air outlet(501). Electric currents are detected by applying voltage to a gap between electrodes that are contiguous to a sample inlet(502). The point of the currents detected in the air outlet is compared with the point of the currents detected in the sample inlet(503). When the point of the currents detected in the air outlet is faster than the point of the currents detected in the sample inlet, an error message is outputted(505).
