PURPOSE: A fixing member for attaching a construction board to an insulating material is provided to ensure reliable attachment by employing a dry connecting method using bolts. CONSTITUTION: A fixing member comprises an insulating material(10), an embedded construction board(30), and a fixing bolt. The insulating material is fixed to a building structure(50) for keeping hot and cold interior of the building. The embedded construction board is made of gypsum, magnesium, and cement and located on the top of the insulating material. The fixing bolt that fixes the embedded construction board to the insulating material comprises a head, an angled part, a rod, and threads. The embedded construction board has a flat head shaped part for mating with the head of the fixing bolt and a hole for coupling with the threads of the fixing bolt.
