PURPOSE: A system for remotely controlling a small scale water supply establishment is provided to enable a manager to control the small scale water supply establishment in a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A controller(64) controls a signal generation part(62) in order to generate a signal tone requesting a control command input. The controller receives a command signal from a mobile communication terminal(50) and wirelessly transmits the signal. A memory(66) stores phone number information of the mobile communication terminal of a person in charge. A modulation unit(68) modulates the command signal from the mobile communication terminal into a frequency which can be wirelessly transmitted. The modulation unit transmits the modulated frequency through an antenna.
