PURPOSE: An ice maker is provided to enable an accurate ice-separating time to be determined based on the size of ice. CONSTITUTION: Ice maker comprises a plurality of ice making members(200), a tray member(300), and an ice-size detector(400). The ice making member is connected to an evaporator(E), which is in a freezing system. The water is added to the tray member. The ice making member sinks into the water of the tray member to make ice. The ice-size detector detects ice if the ice in the ice making member has a given size. The ice-size detector is installed on the evaporator and comprises a detecting rod(410). |
