MOBILE TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR DISPLAYING OBJECT USING DISTANCE SENSING

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a method for displaying an object are provided to simply magnify or reduce the side of the object on a screen using a forward and backward moving gesture. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(30) displays an object in a screen. A distance sensing unit(40) outputs the sensing signal through a user sensing of a mobile terminal. A control unit(50) receives the sensing signal from the distance sensing unit. The control unit calculates displacements between the user and the mobile terminal using the received sensing signal. According to the calculated displacement, the control unit controls the size of the object. The control unit displays the object in adjusted size.
