PURPOSE: An up/down separation type opening/closing device of a thin film drier is provided to reduce the work load and the working time for maintaining and repairing the thin film drier. CONSTITUTION: A thin film drier comprises the following: a drying unit offering a heat source for sludge, by being installed on the inner wall of a body unit with a drying space for the sludge; a rotating unit spreading the sludge to the wall of the drying unit; a hinge shaft mounted on one side of the body unit, after dividing the body unit into an upper body(10-1) and a lower body; and a bolt(60) coupled to the other side of the body unit for fixing an upper body(10-1).
